Database configuration failed Adding of records to AlertRecommendations table failed

This server is running 2022.3.

The APE was running on a 2016 server and was removed per Solarwinds instrucitons.

The install is on a New 2019 Windows Server and is using the install bits downloaded from the 2022.3 MPE.

When running the Additional Polling Engine configuration manager. I get the following message..

Database configuration failed:

• Adding of records to AlertRecommendations table failed

Hi SolarWinds Team,

I'm getting the same error during SolarWinds upgrade to 2022.4.1
Please provide some insights on this error along with the resolution.

Same here. We upgraded to 2022.4.1 and HCO license at the same time and have had some stability issues. I ran config wiz last night to see if it would help out and noticed this same error when it completed.
