JMX Monitors flickering between "Up" and "Unknown"

I performed the 2022.4 upgrade earlier this week and after doing so, all of our JMX monitors began flickering between "Up"/"Unknown" every 5-30 minutes. I've tried to re-create the monitor template and re-apply, but that doesn't fix the issue.

I'm not sure how to begin troubleshooting this. I've asked my team to see if it might be the JMX services themselves? Not sure, but I'm a bit stuck on how to resolve and wondering if this stems from the 2022.4 upgrade or not, since that's when the issue began.

I would open up a support case to get added to the bug list. We have also had the same issue with JMX Monitors as well as other applications doing the same thing. We also have an ongoing issue where agents are showing critical because of false response times from the agents in the 1,000-3,000ms range. TLDR; it's not you, it's 2022.4

Has this ben addressed in the 2022.4.1 release? I did not see any mention of JMX Monitoring in the release notes.

I have been told repeatedly that they will not put all fixes in the release notes , so it might be worth asking via a ticket.
