Hi there, is it possible to deploy SolarWinds agents on Laptops not connected to the corp domain via Internet?
Assuming the NPM server would need to be internet facing and open port on 17778?

I would recommend using SWO to do this - but that is a separate product. Regardless, this actually came up in a conversation recently for me also. I am not sure how I feel about doing it. I find myself asking why and wanting to look at SWO (SolarWinds Observability Platform, distinct from Orion/SolarWinds Platform and Hybrid Cloud Observability Platform or HCO).

Typical use cases woud be QoE and Netpath stats from target endpoints.

Not at this stage no. To be clear, do you want agents or netpath probe on a laptop?
Both options would be good as well as to measure QoE.
