Do you have the SWQL data from the edit on that widget so we can see what it should be

I have recreated the dashboard and a basic account with no permissions and it still shows the line chart. Is the internet browser the standard user is using, supported? Using edge or chrome not internet explorer.
Have they tried to access on another pc looks like a local user issue.
i tried all browser . same issue . can you put some account limitation and check
