We just noticed that STM is unable to pull physical disk asset information one of our VMAXs. One of our other ones is reporting fine. Has anyone seen any issues like this?

Thanks for posting this. I've got a few questions...
1) What is the version of Storage Manager?
2) Have you had a chance to open a case with support? (if so, please provide the case #)
3) Are the two VMAX's being polled from the same agent (server or proxy)?
4) Is there anything that differentiates the two devices? (software version, hardware revision, firmware, etc.)

3) They are being polled by different agents.
4) The one that is reporting correctly is a VMAX20K running 5876.268.174 microcode version. The one that is not is a VMAX40K running 5876.268.174-268 microcode.
Because of the similarity between both devices (specifically the code level), I'd open a case with support.
