This started after we updated to 2022.3. Each time a server is rebooted, the agent stops functioning. The only workaround I've found is to run a Microsoft troubleshooter to remove the registry entries for SolarWinds and then manually re-installing it. I attempted to let the GPO handle the install earlier, but while the agent software was showing as installed, it wasn't registering the device as online in SolarWinds. Even though this was the agent on the SolarWinds servers.
