Good afternoon. The problem is as in the topic (link).

I see the cause of the problem in the fact that when creating a new local account, the process is interrupted at the "ENTER ACCOUNT INFO" stage and does not reach the "DEFINE SETTINGS" stage.
When creating a LOCAL account (not AD), the browser after a while shows the error "Timeout occurred while long operation. Retry last operation again please." (https://i.imgur.com/J0z3opI.png)

But if you go to the list of accounts - the new account will be in the list. That is, the account is created, but with an error (https://i.imgur.com/DAky4kU.png)

The database is installed on the server itself. Apart from NCM, nothing is installed on the server. There are enough resources.

We tried it from different browsers, from different hosts (including from the local server where NCM is installed). Disabled the Firewall.
