Monitor Free Space In MDF and LDF File through Script

Hello All,

We need to setup monitoring for free space in mdf and ldf file when utilization reaches more than 90%. It can achieved through AppInsight templates but it consumes lot of components and for each polling Engine we have limit of 10K components. So we need some script that we can execute through SAM. Requesting your help please!
