Hi, we have decent amount of AudioCodes SBC's in our environment and we want to monitor the status of the SIP trunks and if one SIP trunk is down, to receive alert about it
is there any options to do that with solarwinds?
Have you tried to find the status with SNMP? Gateway-SBC SNMP Reference Guide Version 7.4 (audiocodes.com) I prefer to avoid SNMP traps (though it looks like that is an option), and they have alerts as a table even if the SIP trunk itself isn't there. It looks like what you need is there.
