Upgrade solarwinds

I have problems updating solarwinds ver 2020.2.4 to version 2022.3, when I downloaded from the customer portal I get that the license has expired but I have an unlimited license. I need your support to perform the upgrade

Make sure the license maintenance is renewed. Otherwise you can't upgrade. Use "License Manager" under "all settings"
