"My Orion Deployment" Tabs do not populate

Hi,

Has anyone had an issue with Orion where none of the following tabs populate, I have seen issues explained where the tabs can take a bit of time to populate but I have waited up to 10 mins on each one! surely I dont need to wait any longer!

Settings -> My Orion Deployment -> Deployment Health / Upgrades & Evaluations / Diagnostics

None of these screens show me any data at all.... Is there a quick fix or workaround?

I had a similar problem and it was related to my certificate. 

The Deployment Health, Updates Available, and Diagnostics tabs are blank, and diagnostics cannot be gathered from the web for the Orion Platform (solarwinds.com)
