There was a problem authorizing the specified Windows Account.

Good morning fellow Thwackers

On importing server nodes to the Orion platform, I experienced a VPN drop out during the import.

Since this I now get "There was a problem authorizing the specified Windows Account." whenever I try to login.

Has anybody seen this before or have any ideas what might be causing it?

A little more background.

I'm using active directory group membership to grant access.
The main account is in the correct AD group, and I have added another account in to test, that fails as well.

So, it looks like a group membership authentication issue.

Is this something I will have to raise a support ticket for?

This has just been resolved.
The above was enabled and when my account got locked out due to a VPN crash, the LDAP authentication (Not needed in our environment) Seemed to have locked my account. Turning LDAP authentication off has resolved the authentication issue for my 1 account as all others continued to work anyway. So, turn it off and on again would have worked but no need to turn it back on in this instance

Other members of the security group can log in. Very strange. I've opened a support ticket with our supplier and will post the resolution when i get one.
