Hoping it is possible to use the WorldMap multiple times.Is this possible or is it only a 1 use type of deal?

Agreed, need more detail, but you can define and setup multiple different maps for different users on different pages if that is what you are asking for.
I have two of them displayed on the Main page. One is the overall map and the second has filters for specific nodes.
We already have 1 world map created.Basically I want to create another one while leaving the current one in place.I like the features of the long / lat to display different Nodes / Groups
Assuming it is on your main page, click the pencil in the upper left corner - Customize Page then click Add Widget.
Type World into the search bar and drag worldmap onto your main page
