It looks like I may soon be my workplaces new SW Admin, and I have been tasked with applying any/all updates that may or may not be required. Where do I start, what do I do? I am a little out of my depth and some guidance would be very appreciated.
In addition, I was trying to "Migrate" our reports from Legacy and keep getting the following message:

Of course hitting "Retry" just loops the error and hitting "Cancel" closes the program. Is this a known issue? Possibly related to the Updates I need to run?
