How to Monitor the size of PRINTERS folder in this path (C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS)

I want to monitor the storage occupied by PRINTERS folder on the path (C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS).

I tried some of SAM templates found in the TWACK, but still getting incorrect output.

my requirements:

need to monitor the storage value in Mega Bytes.

Can someone help me with a Template that matches the above requirements.
