We just upgraded our test environment to the new SolarWinds Platform 2022.3. We have WPM but not SRM.

Eventually, but they are supposed to be compatible with the solarwinds platform. The licensing is still separate from HCO.

That is correct. They are compatible. WPM installs with the new HCO installer but you do have to have a separate license or use your current WPM license which is what we did.
