NTM don't detect another device from another subnet

Hi guys right now I successfully connect my GNS3 topology with my physical host and then i ran the NTM to detect topology in the GNS3. When add seed device section the other subnet is shown, there are 2 subnets listed 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.31.0/24.

192.168.31.0/24 got no problem with it but the other subnet NTM can't detect any devices.

What should I do? Did I any configuration on my router? Thanks in advance
