I have some trigger actions setup to send alerts to Teams and to ServiceNow. Can I assign these actions to other alerts and edit them or will that edit change the entire action? Can I copy the action and then edit it for other alerts?
If you have an action assigned to two different alerts and edit it, the change affects only that single action, but both alerts.

Ahhh that was the connection. I remember talking to someone about using the action as a template. This actually makes setting up ServiceNow INC creating easier than I thought. I can create actions per BU and then just apply that action to the alerts configured to that that BU and if we have to do any changes we can do it in one place. Thwack wins again!!! Thanks!!
