Weekly Report for last week showing two values for last week and before last week , how to get rid of that , Im running the report on sunday 12 15 AM

Without a screenshot it's hard to know exactly what the problem is, however you may be getting confused (understandably) between the relative time values and what they represent.
Compare for example, 'Last Week' and 'Last 7 days':
'Last Week':
As I write this it is currently October 3, 2022 which is the first day of Week 40. Week 40 runs until (and including) Sunday, October 9, 2022.
When I select 'Last Week' in SolarWinds it will look at the current week number (40) and subtract 1 (39), and run a report for all of that week. That means that, if ran today, you will be getting a report from September 26, 2022 up to and including October 2, 2022.
'Last 7 days':
As I write this it is currently October 3, 2022 which is day 276 of the calendar.
When I select 'Last 7 days' it will take today's number (276) subtract 7 (269) and run a report for the time difference between the two.
When running a report on a Sunday intending to sum up the week, the recommendation would be that you may want to instead use the 'This Week' time period, whereas if running on a Monday you would want to use 'Last week'.
