Unable to get the Oracle WebLogic 12c under SAM monitoring..
The document on the Documentation portal has an older version Oracle WebLogic 8.0 reference.

We have attempted the same steps mentioned for 8.0 for 12c but we cannot seem to make any headway.
- Using a JMX template, we get an error: JMX cannot connect to the JMX Server - though this looks to be straightforward permission, we are making no progress even using the Oracle admin credentials
- Using the IIOP template, we get the error: Failed to open connection: open service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/iiop://10.0.0.188:7001/jndi/weblogic.management.m beanservers.runtime
