SQL Query to find Action Name "Set Custom Status"

We are starting to see a trend with some of our alerts that have the action "set custom status" applied to them. I have been searching through the database to export a full list of all alerts that have this action applied to them but I cannot find any table with this column anywhere.

I have been able to get the list from the web console, but i cannot select and export or copy/paste the list onto any document via this method.

Any ideas?

HI good morning,

Ive been able to find that the actions table and ActionDefinitions tables both have the field ActionType - which looks to be the trigger action

SELECT * FROM [dbo].[ActionDefinitions] where ActionType Like 'Set Custom Status%'

thanks, I had tried that before, but the query comes up with no results for some reason. I had tried various wording of that query, but still came up blank
