SolarWinds TFTP Server on S2012 R2 - I get an error message No down grade. I am going from Version 21.3 to 11.2.0.500.28 . This same process worked normal in our Test & Production 2012 R2 Servers. The key was to run as administrator, Repair & then Install the 11.2 version.
I can uninstall the 21.3 Successfully - Then Install 11.2 - License Agree - Starting Services - Ended Prematurely - the version is not installed.
I am able to reinstall the 21.3 back and it runs normal. The configurations remain on the machines.
