NCM Connector for Cisco SmartAdvisor Error: Policy Falsified

I have been running NCM Connector for Cisco SmartAdvisor for the last 6 months without issues.

I was able to upload information to Cisco SNTC correctly, reports were also being created.

I tried uploading new information but I got the following error: Policy Falsified

I have no idea what this error is referring to.

Can you assist?
