help with ipMonitor Alerts

Hi all I wonder if I can make a contribution to ipMonitor alerts.

I want to create e-space alerts disk - if it is in use over 95% send alert.
Also, teams create alert went out unexpectedly.

I mean to create an alert when the computer is down with the status

Also the disk space when it is in 95% of space used.
