Our Citrix servers re-build over night, How can I schedule reoccurring routine maintenance and or stop it effecting our uptime and trigging alerts during there re-builds without turning the alerts off completely ?

Use the "Unmanage scheduling utility" on the orion server to schedule when nodes should be unmanaged.
Yup, it builds a command line that can be used in the windows task scheduler. It works, but since you do this daily, I would schedule the mutes just before you need them, say 20-30 minutes before the planned maintenance.
I Built a custom property for the Citrix group of servers and setup a one off alert just for this group and used time of day functions within the alert details to blackout the Reboot / rebuild times. So as servers change it's easier to apply the custom property and the alerts are set.
