Need report listing report schedule action information

I want to create a report that will list any report schedules where the Action is configured to send an email to a specific person. I cannot find the database table where the "ActionID" is stored. There is some useful information in the ReportJobs table, but I can't find the ActionID field anywhere. Anyone have an idea?

The email address is within alot of other data in Orion.ReportJobs.ActionsData and not easy to find. So a query like the one below will give you that info.

SELECT 
    R.Name
    ,R.Description
    ,R.LastRun
    ,R.ReportTitles
    ,R.FrequencyTitle
FROM Orion.ReportJobs AS R
WHERE 
    R.ActionsData LIKE '%person.name@company.com%'
    AND R.Enabled='TRUE'
