GrantMA Ressource search ERROR UNKNOWN TYPE

Hello Guys,

A colleague reported to me that she got an error when ordering a resource in the Grantma Webclient. 
She used the search field to find the ressource she wanted to order and tryed to order it.



The following error ist shown:



I tryed it by myself and I got the same error message  So I tryed to browse the ressource manually. This works fine...



I tryed other ressources and templates... all with the same behavior... 
Does anyone had similar issues in the past?

Hi Florian,

I guess you did not update to the latest ARM version (2022.2)? The problem with the search in GrantMa got solved with this patch, see fixed issues section here: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/arm/content/release_notes/arm_2022-2_release_notes.htm.

thank you for the answer. That might be the solution yeah My bad...

I didnt updatet yet bacause I saw that the new ARM version doesnt support SQLExpress 2012 anymore and we are still using it.

Update: I migrated to SQLExpress 2017 and did the new ARM Update. now it works again. Thank you
