Solarwinds Orion Module Engine Stop

We are currently experiencing a case where the solarwinds module engine stops frequently. is there any way to handle this? please help me

There are a few possible causes, You can follow the guidance here https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/network-performance-monitor-npm/f/forum/28814/basic-solarwinds-orion-troubleshooting-guide or alternatively open a support case for system down.

What @tony.johnson has mentioned is quite a detailed one and that is a good thread, I would suggest you to run configuration wizard once on the poller where this issue is happening. As well when did this issue start was it after a recent microsoft windows patching and what version are you running on ?

I use version 2020.2 ,

at System.Diagnostics.Process.Kill()
at SolarWinds.BusinessLayerHost.PluginInstanceSeparateProcess.<Stop>d__11.MoveNext()

It stops service every 5:00 AM

You can try to check/repair from C:\Program Files (x86)\Solarwinds\Orion\OrionPermissionChecker.exe
