I've stumbled across a lifetimes work of DCOM event log errors
As you can see from the slider there are a few 
These errors are on my Primary poling engine but I am seeing them on another polling engine as well.
First impressions are that it's a local firewall rule on the destination server denying the connection.
Has anyone seen this issue?
