Agents are not able to collect CPU and Memory Data

Hey

In our environment we are unable to get CPU and Memory data from our two servers. Both of them are rebooted recently and we are not able to collect data .

--Agents status is connected in Managed Agents

--Restarted the Agent services on Monitored Machine (Windows 2016 servers)

--Able to List resources

--After Switching Polling Method to WMI able to get data but not with Solarwinds Agents .

Does anyone know how this problem is caused and what I can do to fix it?

It could be a handful of things, but your best bet is to open a support case.

Were you able to figure out the reason ?

We have 2 servers where we are able to list resources, fetch disk related data but only CPU and memory are not coming.

Both the servers are agent based.

The issue with collecting CPU and Memory data from the servers after rebooting could be due to problems with the SolarWinds agents. Try restarting the agent services and switch the polling method to WMI.

If the issue persists, review agent configuration and logs, and consider contacting SolarWinds support for further assistance.

We have two servers that can list resources and retrieve disk-related data, but the CPU and memory information is not being displayed.

Both servers use an agent-based system.
