The customer environment using Orion Log Viewer for syslog and trap management under Orion 2020.2.6 HF5. They found that the trap displayed over just shown the raw OID instead of translated it into SNMP name using MIBS.CFG. Anyone had experience on it and how to resolve it ? Thanks.
