Widget for Dashboard to display 15 nodes and the node status

My brain is just not functioning today.

I have 15 nodes that I need to add to a widget on a dashboard to display their status. It is a classic dashboard and when I try to use SWQL for this I can either get just numbers or just node names. Not a node name with their status. Hopefully this should be easy in THWACK land... Thanks!

How about this?

    N.Caption AS [Node]
    ,N.StatusDescription AS [Status]
    ,N.DetailsUrl AS [_LinkFor_Node]
FROM Orion.Nodes as N
WHERE
    N.Caption LIKE '%SQL%'

Adjust the WHERE part as needed
