Is HCO only another new licensing structure provided by Solarwinds?

Is HCO only another new licensing structure provided by Solarwinds?

Since, I cannot see a difference between current existing deployment (Orion Platform, NPM, SAM etc) and HCO deployment. Please enlightenment me.

HCO is a licensing model delivered on the SolarWinds Platform. This platform is the evolution of the Orion Platform which has undergone significant changes in its build process to such an extent that we consider them to be different.
