NPM and NCM Upgrade

Hello Everyone,

Please i want to upgrade my solarwinds products.

1. How can i upgrade from NPM 12.3 to 2020.2.6

2. How can I upgrade from NCM 7.8 to 2020.2.6

Can anybody guide and advise on how to go about this.

Upgrade older versions of Orion Platform products (solarwinds.com)

Thanks for your reply. Please can i upgrade directly from solarwinds NPM 12.3 (End of Life) and NCM 7.8 (end of Life) to 2020.2.6

That document lists the minimum versions for that upgrade, so yes to your question.

NPM 12.0
NCM 7.5

Contact support and they can walk you through the upgrade steps/path
