How to put "Operations with issues" widget in new view.

Question

On the IP SLA Summary View there is a widget called Operations with Issues. On a different view I tried to add that widget, but when I went to look for that widget it is not listed. I looked under the IPSLA Group and also searched for Operations

Is there any way to add that widget to a view?

To to be clear on the widget I'm looking for it is this one from the /Orion/Voip/Summary.aspx?Tab=IpSla page. (Something provided out of the box right?)
