ARM vs ADManager

We currently use ADManager across our enterprise to manage AD and reporting. Does anyone have experience with both that can provide feedback or comparison of the two? AD Manager can be complicated for us and we have experience issues with the product every time the have a new release so looking at what options are out there that will provide the same service.
