Alerting on change to Response Time - Plus or Minus Percentage

Has anyone ever created an alert that would alert when the Response Time (RTT) changes Plus or Minus a percentage?

Looking to alert when the response time drops from say 200ms to 160ms.

I can alert when it goes up above a threshold but not the other way.

Any ideas on how to achieve this would be appreciated.

So as per previous posts, I would say that Custom Properties are your friend here. If you have an Upper and Lower limit, you can define those in a CP. I use the CriticalValue setting rather than a fixed value in my example. Typically my team want to know about Response Time spikes, but I've shown an example of how the alert would look if I wanted to know if the Response Time Exceeded my Critical Value OR Dropped Below my Bottom Value (100ms example)
