Cannot edit Application custom property after adding a new custom property.

After adding a new application custom property I cannot edit an application. The new custom property does not show up in the 'custom property editor' either. Does anyone have experience with application custom properties behaving like this? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thank you very much for the advice Christopher. I have two follow up questions.

This article states that this may be an issue if this query

SELECT * FROM [Subscriptions] WHERE FailedDeliveryAttempts > 0

returns a result, or if there are error messages in the InformationServiceV3.log. I don't see either of these symptoms in our environemnt, do you still think that this process would resolve our issue?

Finally, is it truly necessary in your experience to turn off all orion services on all servers in order to perform this change? That is something we'd like to avoid if possible as I have a few hundred users I'd have to contact and schedule that downtime for. But if we need to then we got to do what we got to do.

@mugbukdotcom3, yea unfortunately that article presents the symptoms as it relates to a different issue. But its one of the better guides in terms of clearing the subscriptions, so I just use that one all the time and ignore the symptoms it talks about cause I've seen a need to clear these without the symptoms discussed in that article being present, your particular case being one of them.

In my experience you do have to shut down services on all Orion Servers, it won't let you proceed without doing so, the query will fail stating something is using the subscription so it couldn't delete it.

If you'd prefer to try and avoid the shutdown, you could open a case with SolarWinds Support and see what they have to say. Perhaps they can point you in a different direction that you would be able to avoid any downtime, but i wouldn't be surprised if the very first thing they tell you to try is this.
