Create a specific alert from a template

I have a template called (# VMware Horizon Composer) it monitors components:
ssl certificate expiration date monitor
windows service monitor
tcp port 18443

I want to setup an alert for this for specific servers to notify a specific team via email.

Seeing if anyone has a step by step that would help please?

Hi you can achieve it easily doing the following :

Create An alert on component
- In trigger condition under "The scope of alert" choose application name equal to "VMware Horizon Composer"
- optionally add a node name for a specific server / use custom properties to choose bulk of servers.
- verify on "Show list" that your application template is there
- under the actual trigger condition choose component status is equal to down (or any other status you desire to be alerted on)
- then in the trigger actions add an Email action and fill up the recipients, sender and all the information needed.
