Latitude and Longitude custom property data will not import

I am running Platform version 2020.2.6 HF4 and am suddenly unable to import values for Latitude or Longitude from an XLS file. The CPs are set up as integer numbers and the values in the spreadsheet are format = General. Never had this problems before. What am I missing or what has changed about this process. I am attempting to import to the World Map" fields.

Any ideas? What log might hold a clue?

Try changing the format of the cells in Excel. The general format might be misinterpreted as text by the import.

I thought of that, so I tried the format as Number and Text, but no success. Weird thing is that I've done this many times and always left the Format at "General". Maybe I just wasn't holding my mouth right when I clicked Import.

I figured it out. Deleted the custom properties and added them back as "floating point number" type instead of "integer". I was then able to Import the values as General format from the spreadsheet. Problem solved, now I can go home for the day.

I always save as .csv as it removes any special formatting before doing imports.
