Netpath Services Question

Do all of my netpath probes need to be on the same polling engine? I am having a bit of a fun time setting up new probes and not having the probes do their netpath magic. Thanks!

No, you can install the agent on other devices and run netpath from them. It doesn't even have to be an engine.
Create a NetPath probe in NPM (solarwinds.com)
