APM monitor using domain account

Hello.

 

I'm create a windows event log monitor and a service monitor within APM.  I've set my credentials for monitoring.  I even RDP into the target server using those credentials, to confirm my credentials were accurate.  When I test those monitors, I get an error stating unable to connect to server using credentials domain\user.

 

Please advise on a possible solution.  Thanks.

If I am not mistaken, those account will need administrator level access to the system to talk to WMI and PerfMon.
