How to add an exchange powershell script to SAM?

Hello All, 

So Echange admins would like to see the below powershell integrated to SAM SolarWinds

Get-TransportServer |Get-Queue |Select Identity,DeliveryType,Status,MessageCount,NextHopDomain

I am new into Powershell, and cant make it work. As far as I know I should enter a line command to connect to the exchange powershell using the solarwinds powershell monitor 

Any help is appreciatted.

So lets break it down a bit, you found the right place to add the script, but now that script needs to send the right output. 

Take a look at:

Specifically part 3 will help the formatting.

You also need to decide what is an Up / Down / critical / Warning value from the output of the code. 
If you know that "some output" is up and everything else is down, or whatever your logic is, explain it as best you can and we will assist if you run into issues.
