Node status relecting in warning status from long time

Hi Folks,

As seen in my solarwinds environment some of the devices are in warning state from long time now .

Below are the observations on the various device categories under this type:-

1.As checked they are couple of them it is polling by snmp and community string testing works fine. ( they are Merakki MX450 devices)

2. Another set is of the Meraki controller dashboard one which is showing in warning state and its polling method Meraki wireless API test is failing.

Can anyone help me with the above question of the node showing as warning for so long on these devices.

When polling status is wrong, the first thing that I do is unmanage and then manage the node again. Status should change and you will get a new next poll time when you re-manage. You can also move it to a new polling engine if you have one. If that doesn't do it, you may need to restart the polling engine. If that fails, I open a ticket with support. 

Things that are failing the polling method test, I go back and verify the device is configured correctly, and if so, I try to recreate the node. If that fails, I contact support.
