Im using the solarwinds platfrom by sending syslogs from my syslog server, and trying to create alerts by them - creating an alert works perferctly. but somehow i cannot create a reset condition that will work and remove the ALERT.
for example: the syslog "Router2 ip sla State Down" creats an alert, but my reset condition "Router2 ip sla State Up" does nothing. the ALERT stays until i acknowledge.
my reset condition works also on a rule like the trigger condition
and also - all the alerts are sent from the same node - my syslog server . maybe this causes the problem that the alerts does not disappear when the reset condition happens?
would appreciate any help!
