We are starting to investigate utilizing NCM Compliance Rules for our F5 BigIP environment. Question I have is how others might be trying to use this functionality, or manage any BIgIP configurations with NCM?
What we ran into right away is that if we use a remediation script, we still have to go into the gui to sync/save configs to the HA group.
Our first attempt was just validating that an SNMPv3 user was created and available on all of the units. Setting up the compliance rule was simple enough, but deploying the remediation script was more problematic with the config sync and saving configs.
Open to any suggestions.
