Remove the version Microsoft Access 2010

Hello

I've recently taken over the Orion environment and noticed that Microsoft Access Database engine 2010 AND Microsoft Access Database engine 2016 are both installed on all polling engines.

Is it a requirement to have both of these installed? Naturally I want to remove the older version 2010.
