Error Downloading Config to SCP Host since HA Failover - what are we missing?

We actioned a failover a week or two back as we have to move the primary hardware running our SolarWinds environment, and one thig we didn't pick up on at the time was backups that use SCP to transfer the configs. My colleague that would have set this all up is on annual leave so I'm trying to resolve but don't know how it was initially configured.

So, as per my heading really but some detail:

This is for F5 configs and we are using the default F5 Big IP 12 and newer 'device template'.
The 'connection profile' works when tested and is set to transfer configs via SCP

However the weekly job is now full of the following:

ERROR: Running config: Error Downloading Config to SCP Host: a.b.c.d

The IP listed as a.b.c.d is the right IP for our HA box.

So the question is what am I missing please? Is there some secret sauce setting we need to tick or change?

@stuartd, so the one thing I would look at that could be easily overlooked is the SCP configuration on the HA server. a common one would be user access, for instance on the SCP instance for the primary one could have a user setup to conduct the transfer but may not have it set up on the HA box. Those SCP instance-specific settings are not often replicated between the two servers much like user accounts in a SQL Always On configuration.

Hey @christopher.t.jones123 - suggestions on how I do that are most welcome as I have no idea where to look for that - as at the moment I can't look at any config specific to that box due to all services are stopped on it in prep for it being physically shutdown and moved.

@stuartd there is a thick client on the server that you can open up and review the settings. I dont have a test instance so i'm unable to provide any screenshots. But for sure there is a thick client names SCP Server that you can use to review and compare between the two servers.
