In API POLLER, how to parse a plain/text answer to monitor it

Hi All, 

First post, ever ever!

I have created a GET API Poller, that is getting voltage of my device, via http request. : http://${IP_Address}/hwlayer/cperiph?getinvoltage&panel=0&wfilter=1

But the received response is plain text, and I cannot click on the MONITOR button (it is not even shown). 

How can I parse this 31.0 value in order to monitor it ?
