Time of Day schedules for alerts - local time, or server time?

Hopefully, the title is clear. When configuring Time of Day for alerts, does the schedule refer to the device's local time or the Orion server time?

I am trying to create separate maintenance windows for groups of servers located around the world. Each data center has a separate window for reboot times. TIA!

I've found this is your local system time(laptop/desktop) and not tied to your Solarwinds Session (ie Time in the top right). Editing the Alert will show different times on different machines.

This really should be UTC.

Example.

My Laptop is in Central Time.   From is 11:00 PM

When I edit the same Alert from Main Polling Engine(Eastern Time) the time it's 12:00 AM
